  The actual building is nice and well maintained, but the staff on reception par one are completely useless and rude. The pharmacy attached is also a waste of space. The amount of trouble I have getting either letters or perscriptions from reception is unbelievable. I understand the cuts being made, but politeness doesn't cost a thing. There's only one good receptionist, and i havent been able to see my own doctor for 2 years due to her holidays, surgery, or booked up. More funding needs to be put into this building for it to reach full potential.

  Terrible place. Frequently messed up my regular, routine B12 injections to the point of doing harm. Talking to the reception staff is pointless, they're glassy-eyed and will just hand you a feedback form rather than do anything. I've now left them but they managed to screw up my last repeat prescription with them.
