Having only ever owned digital Yamaha pianos this was my 1st acoustic one and the best I have had. When I 1st went to the showroom I was unsure what I wanted but after 2 visits and a few hours trying out the many different tones I found my new one. The team at Mark Goodwin's are very friendly, will answer all your questions, give you quick replies and allow you to take your time without forcing a sale.
The whole process was very quick, easy and stress free. Both the piano movers and tuner are exceptional as was the whole customer experience. My piano still looks brand new and the quality is outstanding.
I would 100% recommend using Mark Goodwin Pianos and I am sure I will be doing again in the future. Thanks to everyone.
